A recent study, conducted by The Hunger in America 2010, found that San Diego, on the whole, is one of the hungriest cities in the United States. The study says that 437,500 San Diegans receive emergency food assistance each year -- just over 73,000 during any given week.

Before too many false ideas about this number enter the mind, only 7% of that number are homeless, and 62% of the households have at least one employed adult (the national average is only 36%). Most of those seeking assistance are young families, struggling to make it from week to week.

Homeless and no where to goCriminalization of the Homeless is becoming a rabid problem inside the political arena of US cities, to the point where politicians and officials are willingly breakiing the laws of the Constitution and Federal Government. Even when these politians are flatly told by Superior, District and Supream Court desicions that their actions are illegal, they continue to move forward with actions and policies which criminalize a segment of our population who by nature and historically have no means of fighting back.

The following is a list of cities who have reached the point of News-worthy, as well as aquiring what we would call Most Wanted, if they were run by criminials instead of politicians.
